Self-adjusting Lip Color
Posted by ilovelippy on August 9, 2011
Everyone’s skin tone is slightly different, and that pretty pink color that looks perfect on your fellow fair- or dark-skinned friend may look clownish on you. For all you pink-to-fuchsia fans that think you can’t quite pull of the bold color, think again. To start out with the fun summer hue, try one of many lip gloss products that adjust colors depending on your personal skin chemistry. These products all start out clear, then turn a perfect shade of pink to suit your skin tone. The more you apply, the brighter and richer the color.
Bourjois Rose Exclusif Lipgloss adjusts to the pH (a measure of the acidity or basicity of something) of your lips. The shade ends up a candy pink hue, and is moisturizing with vitamins E and C.
Mark Glossblossom Ripening Lip Tint has a nice berry scent, and leaves lips with a pretty pink hue once it wears off. Just a dab at a time will be enough to give lips a rosy color.
Black Radiance Beauty Perfect Tone Lip Color gives lips more of a brighter appearance after application.
